Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners

Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners can pick up wet waste such as a washing machine spillage as well as dry materials. Some models will need their filter changed depending on the material to be picked up i.e. wet or dry. These cleaners are bagless and therefore dust or liquids will go straight into the cylinder tank. 

The power of the vacuum cleaner is measured by the wattage of the motor. A 1500 watt machine will be more powerful than a 1000 watt machine.

Like other types of vacuum cleaner they will have a filtration system which filters the air returned back into the room. The more efficient the filter system the less dust and smell is put back into the atmosphere. Some vacuum cleaners will have multiple filters.

They will come with a range of tools. Can be particularly noisy.
