End of Tenancy Cleaning

Booking fee for up to three hours cleaning £20.00. Each additional hour or part thereof is £5.00 per hour.

Payment to cleaner £12.00 per hour.

Example. Three hour cleaning job.

Booking fee £20.00

Payment to cleaner £36.00

Total £56.00

2 - 3 hours per week £13.00

Minimum two hours cleaning per visit.

Please note that a higher rate will be applied for work on Saturdays as the cleaner will be paid slightly more.
